I worked out next to the Bad Posture Girl today at the gym. I never think about posture until I see her, which these days is a couple times a week, and then I realize I must have Really Excellent Posture, at least by comparison.
But the worst thing is, because she's already got Bad Posture, working out next to her is really alarming. She leans. And sways. On the elipticals when I'm hauling my a$$, having someone next to me lurching and leaning and bobbing like a buoy in a hurricane is really distracting. I'm already clumsy enough, I was so worried I was going to fall I cut my workout short. Or at least that's the excuse I gave myself.
